Bora Tier Louisville
Legado de Moncayo
Lurid ruby. Ripe dark berries, candied flowers and succulent herbs on the perfumed nose. Smooth and fleshy in style, offering juicy black raspberry, boysenberry and licorice flavors that pick up a spicy element on the back half. Plush but energetic as well, finishing with very good cling and just a trace of velvety tannins. There's a lot of wine here for the money. All stainless steel.
Food Pairing - Hamburgers off the grill. Smoked Pork belly. Whole Red Fish.
Aliança, Vinho Verde
Citrine and pale color. Fruity fragrance with smooth marks of tropical fruits. Slightly acid but fresh on the mouth. The end is smoothly sweet. The classic crushable “alcoholic sprite” that helps to usher in the Spring.
Food Pairing - Crab Salad. Greek yogurt, honey, and cracked black pepper.
Altos d'Oliva, Tempranillo
Sourced from high-altitude Mediterranean vineyards, this pure Tempranillo is fermented and aged entirely in tank to emphasize the freshness of its naturally generous fruit character. A Catalunya gem that is sure to become an everyday favorite.

Le Mistral Tier - Louisville
Domaine de la Voute des Crozes, Cote-de-Brouilly
The Côte-de-Brouilly appellation sits on the hillsides of Mont Brouilly, a prehistoric volcano that left blue schist stones and volcanic rock along its slopes. These stones yield structured wines with pronounced minerality and great aging potential.
This juice sees traditional winemaking techniques of the Beaujolais: hand harvesting, whole-cluster fermentation, aging the wines in large oak foudres for at least nine months, and bottling unfiltered. The resulting wines are powerful, with loads of pure fruit character and floral aromas.
Food Pairing - Grilled Salmon with broccolini & black rice
Bura-Mrgudić, Pelješac Peninsula Galeria
Normally a robust wine, this Plavac Mali is more elegant and restrained. With lower levels of alcohol, the Galeria offers aromas of plums, red currant and blackberry, which are then followed by herbaceous notes of fennel and thyme. Mouth-watering acidity, sweet tannins, thickened earthy fruitiness which lingers on the palate.
Food Pairing - Mixed green, Cara Cara Orange, & brie salad.
Celler De Les Aus, Alella Merla
Alta Alella Merla is a natural red wine made with Mataró (Monastrell) from vineyards planted on loamy-sandy soils at an altitude of 150 to 300 meters with southeast orientation. Alta Alella Merla is an expressive, fresh, and pleasant red wine. A new vintage of this fruity wine, with intense aromas of ripe red fruit. Voluminous in the mouth, yet easy to drink.
Food Pairing - Roasted Carrots & balsamic. Tomatoes & salt.
Le Mistral Tier - Lexington
Heitz Cellar, Grignolino
Grignolino, a medium-bodied varietal from the Piedmont region in northern Italy and rarely found in California. This wine has soul, and is electric as it is fruit forward. Its evocative aroma and flavors of savory spices and dried earth jump out of the glass. 100% Grignolino, farmed sustainably and certified organic
Food Pairing - Osso Buco & a spring salad.

Le Cupole
This is a terrific wine that hits that proverbial sweet spot between excellence and value. The Tenuta di Trinoro 2018 Le Cupole is a blend of 40 Cabernet Franc, 37 Merlot, 13 Cabernet Sauvignon and 10 Petit Verdot.
This lovely vintage shows dark fruit intensity and richness with cherry, blackberry and plum. There is a touch of sweetness, but the mouthfeel is well constructed and layered with phenolic tightness and tight natural structure that will help it age 10 years or more. Le Cupole is one of the best values found in Tuscany.
Food Pairing - Leg of lamb, cherry/mint chutney, and red skinned pots.
