Bora Tier

Broadbent 5 Year Madeira

A perfect fall to winter vino, that screams cheese and all things chili weather! Dark in color, and sweet - this is a full, rich and satisfying pour. Laced with burnt caramel and smoke notes, the sweetness is balanced by vibrant acidity, ending on a clean and almost salty tang. Pour a nightcap and relax.

Food Pairing - Crab Cakes with a spicy relish. Gooey Cheeses. Thanksgiving Day.

Tattoo Girl Riesling

A crisp, refreshing and sustainable beauty. The acidity of this Riesling provides aromas of honey crisp apple, pineapple and a hint of lime. Grown on the caliche fields in eastern Washington, this wine expresses minerality and citrus fruit to create one of the most thirst quenching beverages of late.

Food Pairing - Spicy Sushi. Shellfish. Cured Meats. Lurbira Garnacha

A brighter and fresher style of garnacha - one that doesn’t see oak, but rests in stainless steel. Ripe cherry, dusty plum, and a sneaky tannic backbone give this wine an approachable but serious gulp out of the glass. Killer value that shows what a great everyday sipper can be.

Food Pairing - BBQ Lamb. Burgers. Handing out candy on Halloween.

Kuentz - Bas Alsace

Another Kermit Lynch homerun that is perfect for the holiday season. An Alsatian blend of Sylvaner, Auxerrois, Muscat, Pinot Gris, Gewurz, & Chasselas. A dry, lightly fruity wine with hints of fresh herbs & citrus.Full and refreshing, this is always a crowd pleaser. Organic/biodynamic practices.

Food Pairing - Smoked Fish. Creamy Pasta/Sauces with chicken. Fish tacos.

Inglenook RC Reserve Syrah

Beautiful Syrah that is very inky and yet it is restrained. Dark purple with long forming legs, full mouthfeel gives way to dark berries, pepper and a hint of vanilla. Tastes of dark berry, white pepper and has great minerality. Medium tannins lead to a long and rich finish.

Food Pairing - Ribeye. Smoked Ribs. Hearty stew.

Mountain Tides Petite Syrah

A beauty from our friends at Mountain Tides, this wine is the perfect ending to the warm summer months. Light-bodied, young, fresh and joyful. Organically grown and with no additions, this petite Syrah maintains it's freshness right into the glass.

Food Pairing - Smoked turkey BBQ. Taco Night. Chili.

Penner Ash Shea Vineyard

Simply, a crown jewel.

This vino is fresh, with wild cherries and abundant fresh fruit, forest leaves, wood and herbs - all deeply woven together. The light to medium-bodied palate is delicately styled but intensely flavored and juicy, finishing very long and very perfumed. A wonderful example how Oregon Pinot is the vest of new world fruit and old world soul

Food Pairing - Roasted Duck. Grilled Lamb. Charred Pork Loin.
