Bora Tier The Schreyer Alsace Edelzwicker 2023 is a charming expression of Alsace’s winemaking tradition, blending several of the region’s signature white grapes into a harmonious, refreshing wine. Produced by Schreyer – Vins d’Alsace, a family-run estate at the foot of the Vosges Mountains, this wine benefits from Alsace’s unique microclimate — sunny, dry days and mineral-rich soils that give the wines their characteristic purity and finesse.
Edelzwicker, meaning “noble blend,” typically combines Sylvaner, Pinot Blanc, and Gewürztraminer, and Schreyer’s version captures each grape’s best traits: Sylvaner’s freshness, Pinot Blanc’s roundness, and Gewürztraminer’s aromatic lift. Vinified in stainless steel with no oak influence, the result is a crisp, floral, and delicately fruity wine with notes of white peach, citrus, and wildflowers. Its clean minerality and balanced acidity make it wonderfully versatile at the table.
Perfect as an aperitif, the Schreyer Edelzwicker also shines with seafood, light poultry dishes, salads, or soft cheeses. For a taste of Alsace at home, pair it with a enjoy on your Thanksgiving table. Elegant yet approachable, the 2023 Edelzwicker is an authentic, easy-drinking wine that beautifully reflects the charm and balance of its region.
The 2023 vintage of Domaine de l’Oubliée “Merci la Vie” Bourgueil Rouge delivers a joyous expression of the Bourgueil appellation in the Loire Valley. Crafted by winemaker Xavier Courant in the village of Saint‑Patrice, this cuvée is grown biodynamically and certified organic, reflecting a passionate and respectful approach to the land.
This wine is produced from 100% Cabernet Franc, the signature red grape of Bourgueil. The soils carrying sandy-gravel mixes with limestone underpin the vineyard — producing a wine that’s appropriately light-to-medium bodied yet keenly structured.
On the nose, expect vibrant red-berry fruit (strawberry, raspberry), fresh herbaceous touches (green pepper, leafy undergrowth) and a subtle mineral edge. In the mouth the acidity is lively, the tannins supple and fine, giving a refreshing finish.
Food pairing: This wine shines with convivial meals — charcuterie boards, tomato-based dishes or a refreshing lift to your turkey dinner. The bright fruit and gentle structure also make it a fine choice for lighter fare like vegetable gratins or semi-soft cheeses.
In short, the Domaine de l’Oubliée “Merci la Vie” is an approachable and joyful red — well-crafted, true to its terroir, and perfect for sharing at the holiday table.
Le Mistral Tier
The 2024 vintage of the Trediberri Langhe Nebbiolo comes from the dynamic estate Società Agricola Trediberri based in the hamlet of Berri in La Morra (Piedmont, Italy). Founded in 2007 by three friends—Federico Oberto, his son Nicola and Vladimiro Rambaldi—the winery embraces organic farming and minimal-intervention winemaking, honouring the terroir of vineyards in La Morra, Levice, Vicoforte and Monticello d’Alba.
Produced from 100% Nebbiolo, this Langhe DOC wine is fermented and aged in concrete and stainless steel tanks without new oak to preserve purity of fruit and freshness.
On the nose you’ll find luminous aromas of red currant and raspberries, rose petals, violets and a hint of spice and forest herb. The palate is medium-bodied with lively acidity and finely grained tannins: fresh, elegant and immediate. Bright cherry and seasonal cranberry notes with a clean, approachable finish.
Food pairing: Superb with regional Piedmontese cuisine: tagliatelle al ragù, mushroom risotto, charcuterie, or pizza with spiced tomato sauce. It’s a versatile, sociable red made to be enjoyed now yet capable of a few years’ bottle-age.
In short, this is Nebbiolo at its expressive best—bringing the elegance of its home region in a fresh, friendly and food-loving guise.
The Fêtembulles by Jean-Pierre Robinot is a vibrant pétillant-naturel from the Loire Valley, crafted entirely from Chenin Blanc. Jean-Pierre Robinot, one of France’s most respected natural winemakers, produces this wine using organically grown grapes and spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts. His wines are highly allocated and we only recieved enough for the wine club. Fermentation begins in stainless steel before bottling to finish naturally, creating fine, energetic bubbles and a beautifully pure expression of terroir.
This méthode ancestrale sparkler brims with character. Aromas of green apple, pear, citrus zest, and subtle briocheunfold in the glass. On the palate, it’s bone-dry, crisp, and mineral-driven, with bright acidity and a gentle saline edge that gives it refreshing tension. The finish is clean, chalky, and endlessly drinkable — a perfect showcase of Chenin Blanc’s precision and liveliness.
Fêtembulles is a wine for celebration and connection. Serve well-chilled as an aperitif, or pair it with oysters, sushi, vegetable tempura, goat cheese, or fresh salads. Its energy and elegance make it equally suited to casual gatherings or a perfect way to welcome family to Thanksgiving Day.
Pure, joyful, and unmistakably Robinot — Fêtembulles captures the soul of natural Loire sparkling wine in every glass.
The Cheverny Blanc from Hervé Villemade gives a graceful, expressive snapshot of the Loire Valley’s unique terroir and winemaking ethos. Based in the commune of Cellettes within the Cheverny AOC, Villemade and his sister Isabelle manage their family estate using fully organic farming and minimal-intervention cellar methods.
This white cuvée is crafted predominantly from Sauvignon Blanc (roughly 80 %) coupled with Chardonnay (about 20 %) under the Cheverny appellation regulations. The soils of sand, flint and clay in this part of the Loire bring a subtle minerality and tension to the wine, and the hand-harvested grapes are fermented with native yeasts and aged on fine lees, allowing the fruit to shine through with elegance and freshness.
On the nose you’ll find bright citrus zest, grapefruit and stone-fruit notes, paired with a lightly herbaceous and flinty edge. On the palate the wine is dry, crisp, and mineral-driven, with a smooth mid-palate and a clean, lingering finish.
Food pairing: This wine pairs beautifully with fresh seafood such as oysters, scallops or a lobster roll, steamed white fish with herb butter, goat cheese or a spring vegetable risotto. It also holds up well with more structured dishes like grilled fish with citrus salsa or chicken with a lemon-cream sauce.
Elegant yet approachable, the Hervé Villemade Cheverny Blanc offers a finely tuned Loire white that bridges vibrancy and subtle complexity — a great choice for both casual sipping and thoughtful occasions.
