Bora Tier

Little J Rouge Red Blend - South Africa

This little gem is comprised of Syrah (86%), Mourvedre (5%), Cinsault (5%), and Grenache (4%). Unpretentious and generous, this is wine is made from a selection of vineyards from the AgterPaarl area (part of the Paarl appelation). Notes of plum, blackberry and bright raspberry jump out of the glass. The Mourvedre lends structure and a touch of spice. This wine is certified organic, and certified delish. Cheers!

PAIR WITH: Grilled ribs or chicken, aged gouda (we have some killer 26 month XO Beemster in the shop!), hamburgers and a Tuesday night. Tinedo Ja! Tempranillo - Spain

A bright, 100% estate grown, and certified organic rockstar! This Spanish Tempranillo fights way above its weight, and is always a party favorite. Tinedo is the Alvaraz-Arenas family Estate located in the heart of La Mancha. Fresh cherry leads the way, showing a super juicy and low tannin fruit bomb. A crushable cherry compote glass pour without being cloying or sweet. Beautifully balanced - ready to pull, pour, & enjoy!

PAIR WITH: Taco night, Polenta cakes & Trout, Charcuterie, a best friend and a Morning Recovery (they work, promise). Pannonhalmi Tricollis White Blend - Hungary

Brisk, crisp, and refreshing - this is the perfect summer white wine. A blend of Welschriesling, Riesling, Pinot Blanc, and Gewurtraminer this wine is aromatic, fresh, and full of character that is a beautiful representation of Hungarian vino. Sustainably farmed this wine shows notes of honeysuckle, daffodils, rosewater, red grapefruit, and quince. Grab a friend, and get to it!

PAIR WITH: Fresh veggies, benedictine, Shrimp Cocktail, Grey’s Anatomy (when is Yang coming back?!?!)

Le Mistral Tier

22 Pirates Red Blend

This wine shows a bold structure while also lending a graceful mouthfeel and nose out of the glass. Chocolate truffles, caramel, mint and baking spice linger on the nose before moving to dark plum, bright blueberry, thyme, and medium tannins in the mouth. This wine has a good weight and wonderful feel out of the bottle. This is a phenomenal drinker that will delight at any occasion.

PAIR WITH: Roasted Duck. Spiced Ribs. Herb Crusted Salmon.

Domaine de L’Hortus 2018 Domaine de l’Hortus Rouge Grande Cuvee

Beautiful GSM (Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre) blend that is Syrah dominated. Blackberry, blueberry, and vanilla are in perfect harmony, creating a majestic wine. This vino shows power and elegance in equal measure, with low acid, well integrated tannins, and a long full finish.

Domaine de l’Hortus is owned by the Orliac family, headed up by Jean and Martin, two of the first people to realize the potential of the Languedoc area.

PAIR WITH: Roasted Chicken and Mushrooms. Rosemary & Garlic marinated Ribeye.

Turley Juvenile

From an iconic producer, and one of the standards in California Zin - the Juvenile is a showstopper. This wine is big, fruit forward, and yet still shows a delicate and fragrant side that will drink well right out of the gate. Bright floral and red-toned fruit notes convey a real sense of energy in this perfumed, entry-level Zinfandel from Turley. Comprised of young vines (6-25 years old) and 15 different vineyards this wine is the benchmark in big and bold Cali Zinfandel.

PAIR WITH: Grilled meats. Blue Cheese stuffed Hamburger. Braised beef
