Bora Tier Happy Summer everyone! Weingut Markus Huber, Vision Grüner Veltliner (2025)

Weingut Markus Huber’s Vision Grüner Veltliner is a vibrant Austrian white that perfectly captures the freshness and energy of the country’s signature grape. Bright citrus, crisp green apple, and juicy pear are lifted by Grüner’s hallmark white pepper spice and a refreshing streak of minerality. Light to medium-bodied with lively acidity, it’s both approachable and layered, offering plenty of character without sacrificing elegance. This is a versatile, food-friendly wine that pairs beautifully with fresh salads, seafood, fried chicken, or simply enjoyed as a refreshing glass on a warm afternoon.

Thymiopoulos Vineyards, ATMA White (2024)

ATMA White from Thymiopoulos Vineyards is a lively Greek white that showcases the bright, expressive character of indigenous varieties from northern Greece. Fresh citrus, stone fruit, and delicate white flowers lead the way, while crisp acidity and subtle herbal notes add energy and balance. Light-bodied and wonderfully refreshing, it offers a clean, mineral-driven finish that keeps each sip inviting. It’s an easy companion for grilled seafood, Mediterranean salads, light pasta dishes, or simply enjoying with friends on a sunny day. Le Mistral Tier

Seméli Estate, Mantinia (2024)

Seméli Estate’s Mantinia is a beautifully aromatic white made from the Moschofilero grape, one of Greece’s most distinctive native varieties. Fragrant notes of white flowers, rose petals, citrus blossom, and ripe peach are balanced by bright acidity and a delicate mineral backbone. Light-bodied and elegant, it delivers freshness alongside subtle complexity, making it as captivating on the nose as it is on the palate. This is a natural match for seafood, fresh vegetables, soft cheeses, or any meal that calls for a vibrant, floral white wine.

Mercouri Estate, Kallisto (2024)

Mercouri Estate’s Kallisto is a refreshing Greek white that combines vibrant fruit with the sun-soaked character of the western Peloponnese. Crisp lemon, green apple, and hints of tropical fruit are complemented by subtle herbal notes and a clean mineral finish. Bright acidity keeps the wine lively and balanced, while its soft texture adds an inviting sense of harmony. Easy to enjoy yet quietly expressive, it pairs effortlessly with grilled fish, shellfish, fresh salads, or classic Mediterranean cuisine.

Txomin Etxaniz, Txakoli Rosé (2025)

Txomin Etxaniz Txakoli Rosé is a bright, coastal rosé from Spain’s Basque Country, bursting with freshness and energy. Delicate strawberry, raspberry, and watermelon flavors mingle with lively citrus notes, while the wine’s naturally brisk acidity and subtle saline character reflect its Atlantic origins. Light-bodied and slightly spritzy, it delivers a crisp, refreshing finish that makes every sip feel effortlessly vibrant. It’s the perfect partner for tapas, grilled seafood, sushi, or simply enjoying outdoors on a warm afternoon.
