Bora Tier
Le Monde Cabernet Franc
Le Monde lies between the banks of the Livenza and Meduna rivers, close to the border between the provinces of Treviso and Pordenone in Friuli Grave. This wine shows intense red ruby with garnet tints in the glass. The nose is rich with stewed fruit - showing hints of raspberry jam while keeping a delicate balance in the mouth that lingers with long finish.
PAIR WITH: Lean red meat, baked or bbq chicken, lamb (life hack - MR lamb with a cherry mint glaze, cast iron charred brussel sprouts, and roasted potatoes). Freire Lobo Vigno Red
A red blend of Touriga Nacional (40%), Jaen (30%) and Afrocheiro (30%). The wine boasts a beautiful ruby hue with violet edges. On the nose it shows fresh plum and floral notes. In the mouth it highlights wonderful minerality - full of wild fruit and spice (white pepper, clove). It is balanced with great acidity that is in perfect harmony with the fresh fruit. Elegant and complex, the smooth and engaging tannic structure is a unique expression of the Dão region.
PAIR WITH: Pizza and good company, let’s not complicate things. Ca’del Sarto Prosecco
This prosecco is from one of the original zones of Prosecco grapes in Friuli. It is made in the traditional frizzante (half sparkling) style. Brilliant light in color, a dry and well-balanced wine, with flavors of apple, pear, and honey propped up by a sneaky pop of nice natural acidity.
Ca’ del Sarto wines are all handcrafted, small batch wines, carefully chosen from four of the best regions in Italy: Friuli, Toscana, Piemonte and Sicilia.

Le Mistral Tier
King Coal, 2016
No holding back here. A powerful co-ferment of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. Always from the Stoneridge Vineyard, the 2016 Cabernet / Syrah King Coal is a ripe, sexy, yet savory effort that has awesome notes of red and black currants, cedar, graphite, and ground herbs. Deep ruby/purple-colored, full-bodied, beautifully layered, and with a blockbuster finish, it’s one of those powerful yet still ethereal wines that gives up tons of richness and depth yet has no sense of heaviness or weight. A damn gem.
PAIR WITH: Tomahawk, Beef Stew, Charred veggies, Coffee crusted pork loin.
Meinklang Roter Mulatschak
Made from two Austrian indigenous grape varieties, Zweigelt and St. Laurent, this wine is a shop favorite. The grapes are hand harvested and co-ferment (spontaneously) in a stainless steel tank; the wine ages for four months on the lees (also in stainless) before being bottled. Energetic vibes of strawberries, cranberries, and just a touch of green herbs with an easy, soft texture. Throw a slight chill (15 minutes in the fridge) and enjoy!
PAIR WITH: Pork Chops w/sweet potatoes, Trout, Herb Roasted Chicken, Chicken & Brie.
Domaine de la Chapelle Bizot Chiroubles
The cooler, higher altitude vineyards of Chiroubles (1 of 10 Beaujolais Cru's) produce a lighter style of Beaujolais than Moulin-Ã -Vent or Morgon (to the north). Gamay was hand-picked at optimum ripeness, which is usually much later here than other areas of Beaujolais, due to the higher altitude and greater difference between day and night temperatures. Whole grape cluster undergo semi-carbonic maceration. This wine is deep garnet with violet hues. Bright red berry fruit on the nose with savory chocolate undertones. Generous crushed berries on the palate, with red cherry and delicate
spice leading to a good length to finish the beautiful and delicate wine.
PAIR WITH: Perfect with charcuterie or a young Brie. "Salade Beaujolaise" (with lardons and soft-boiled eggs and crunchy croutons), sushi and salmon/tuna steaks.
