Gerberas Garnacha

An absolute gem from Aragon, Spain. This wine is full of overripe fruit and spices - cherry, raspberry, and acid all play out of the glass. White pepper and lush tannin bring balance to its core. Smooth and a delicate finish make for a great summer to fall transitional wine. Throw it in the fridge for 15 minutes, grab your favorite book, and relax.

Pairing - Thai Food. Cast Iron Salmon. Spaghetti and Meatballs.

Mary Taylor Gascogne Gascogny, the mythical land of D’Artagnan that was once the epicenter of western Roman Gaul (2nd century), and later English held, is a beautiful part of the French Southwest – speckled with medieval hilltop towns - that brings this wonderful pour your way! This wine is made up of Colombard, Ugni Blanc, Gros Manseng, and Sauvignon. Colombard is the offspring of Chenin blanc and Gouais blanc. This makes the grape the sibling of the Armagnac Meslier- Saint-François and the nearly extinct Cognac grape Balzac blanc. Tart and fruity Ugni Blanc is also known as Trebbiano. Gros Manseng is a dry varietal found in Jurançon wines. Ok - wine nerd soapbox over! This wine shows fresh cut flowers, tart lemons, lime sorbet, and rose petals. - it is bright and crisp at its core. Pairing - Sushi. Fish Tacos. Life. J Bouchon Block Series Cab Sauv Chile is producing wines of power and grace, and this Block Series represents that well. Intense bright red in the glass, with currants and cherries dancing on the rim. The palate is soft and elegant, with well integrated tannins, great balance, and a full finish. 100 percent Cab Sauv made with care and intention. Pairing - Flank Steak. BBQ Beef. Creamy Cheeses.
