Stoller Chardonnay
Stoller has been an Oregon staple and pioneer since the mid ‘90’s when the first 10 acres were planted in this world class vineyard. We are excited to offer some beautiful wines that will help to usher in spring here in the bluegrass state. This Chardonnay is whole cluster pressed to mitigate phenolics, alluring aromatics of ripe pear and lemon meringue fill the glass. The palate is vibrant yet full, thanks to the mixture of aging vessels used. Flavors of lemon curd and candied ginger along with hints of wet stone fill the front and mid-palate, carrying the initial vibrancy to a long soft finish.
Food Pairing - Grilled Salmon, Poke Bowl, your favorite sushi, warm nights and friends!

Mas Donis 100 Old Vine Garnacha
A bright cuvee of Garnatxa and Syrah named Mas Donis – a wine jokingly thought of as his “best Côtes-du- Rhône.” according to Eric Soloman. This wine is hand harvested, with natural yeast, and aged entirely in concrete. It is of some of the oldest Garnatxa (a single parcel called Donis) in the region. Mas Donis is like a top Priorat with its beautiful blue fruits, violets, ground pepper, rose petals, and amble minerality, it hits the palate with medium to full-bodied richness, remarkable purity of fruit, and a great, great finish.
Food Pairing - Short rib. Last chili of the season. The last weird Ky Snow in April.

2016 Stained Tooth Syrah
“Purple is their favorite color. You know you’re drinking the good stuff when your teeth develop that unmistaken hue. Don’t worry, Chad’s father Dr. Dan Johnson D.D.S. says, “life is too short to stain your teeth on bad wine.”
The Stained Tooth Syrah is 100% Syrah and is sourced from some of Washington State’s top vineyards including their Stoney Vine Estate Vineyard on The Rocks and Stone Tree Vineyard on the Wahluke Slope. The bouquet floats out of the glass and draws you into all the extraordinary fruit while the ripe tannins provide a silky finish. Also 100% Syrah, the 2016 Syrah Stained Tooth has a more classic style in its ripe blackberry fruits, peppery herbs, and spice-laced aromas and flavors. Medium-bodied, straight and focused on the palate, with terrific purity and solid balance, it's a killer wine that shows why Washington is the cool new kid on the block.
Food Pairing - Hard cheese and cured meats. Roasted Duck. Ahi Steak with Soy Sauce.

Campuget Saperavi Rouge
Campuget was founded on the love of Rhône stones, the Southern sun, the Mistral winds and the Syrah and Grenache grapes which have given the area world recognition. Blending this heritage with experimentation has led to this bottling - Saperavi is an acidic, teinturier-type grape variety native to the country of Georgia, where it is used to make many of the region's most well-known wines. This wine has a powerful cherry expression, and the tannins present are soft, rich, and big - finishing with a wet gravel/graphite core.
Food Pairing - Blueberry serrano ribs. Garlic Chipotle Wings. Fajitas.
