The Waves (thewaves.wine) is a new online subscription service and online publication that gives you access to the world’s best natural wines—many of which are unavailable in KY and the surrounding region. The Waves delivers these small-production wines directly to your doorstep through a personalized and fun shopping experience, and plugs you into the global natural wine community through its original editorial content.

GENERAL ADMISSION tickets include tasting bites and 5 ample pours of wines from Voyager Distributing. 

The menu from Love and Salt Kitchen include: 

1.  Melon with hot capricolo, marigold vinaigrette & pistachio dukkah 

2. Early summer tomato pie ‘hot pocket’ in a bourbon smoked curry pate brisse, balsamic drizzle 

3. Deviled Egg - imperial soy-smoked sliced prime strip steak, tulsi basil tea eggs, spicy mustard, rye bread crumb, caviar, herbs

4. Walk through the garden- fresh butter dipped veggies, lemon sumac salt, pink peppercorn
